100,000+ Meals Every Week

We’re reflecting on the past three weeks of Durham FEAST--how much support has been put in place, and how much there is still to do.  

So many people in Durham have been involved in this effort:

  • Our project partners Durham Public Schools, Durham County, Food Insight Group, andthe Durham Hotel

  • More than twenty-four restaurant partners

  • Funders like Biogen Foundation, Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC and others who have made leadership gifts;

  • And 2,000+ community members donating money and/or time — including many DPS teachers that are fiercely devoted to the well being of their students.

Thanks to all of our efforts, we have been able to care for our students. Here's what happens on a weekly basis thanks to all of you:
